01What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, brand or channel name, and the role you sign up as.
- Content you give us: video ideas, hooks you generate or edit, captions, and videos you upload for drop-off checks.
- Connected account data: if you choose to connect Instagram, YouTube or another platform, read-only performance data such as views, watch time and retention for your own posts.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser type, used to keep the service working and improve it.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact or sign up forms.
02How we use it
- To write hooks, predict drop-offs and build posting windows for your workspace.
- To make predictions more specific to your audience when you connect an account.
- To create your account and send login details, service notices and replies to your messages.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse and fix problems.
03Your content stays yours
Your videos, scripts and hooks belong to you. They are never shown to other customers and are never used to write hooks for other customers.
Aggregated, de-identified signals, such as how a hook type tends to perform, may be used to improve prediction quality. These cannot be traced back to you or your content.
04Connected accounts
Account connections are optional and use official platform access methods. Access is read-only: we cannot post, delete, comment or message on your behalf.
You can disconnect an account at any time from your workspace or from the platform’s own settings. We stop collecting new data from that account immediately.
05Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the service, such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing, under agreements that limit their use of it, or when the law requires it.
06Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual uploads at any time. If you close your account, we delete your content and personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or billing reasons.
07Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access inside the team is limited to people who need it to run and support the service.
08Your choices
- Access, correct or export the personal data in your account.
- Delete uploads, hooks or your whole account.
- Disconnect any linked platform account.
- Opt out of non-essential emails using the link in each email.
